Raquel Welch

 Jo Raquel Welch (nye Tejada born on September 5, 1940) is an American actress.She was first noticed for her performance in Fantastic Voyage (1966), following which she was awarded an agreement with 20th Century Fox. They loaned her contract to British studio Hammer Film Productions, for which she produced One Million Years B.C. (1966). Even though she only had three lines of dialogue in the film pictures of her in her bikini with the doe's skin became famous posters that made her an international symbol of sex. Later, she appeared in Bedazzled (1967), Bandolero! (1968), 100 Riffles (1969), Myra Breckinridge (70), as well as Hannie Caulder (71). She also appeared in a variety of television specials.Through her portrayal of strong female characters which helped in her breaking the mould of the conventional sexual image, Welch developed a unique film personality which made her an iconic figure in the 1960s and 1970s. Hollywood's relentless promotion of the blonde bombshell was partially responsible for Welch's rise to stardom in mid-1960s.
