Madhuri dixit is an acclaimed Indian actress who is best known for the films Beta Saajan and Hum Aapke Hain Koun and Beta Saajan. In the 1980s when she started her acting career, and was famous for her role as Tezaab which she played alongside an established actor Anil Kapooor. The next film she appeared in was Dil which she was on screen with Aamir. In the beginning, as a child growing up in Mumbai's middle-class, she started to dance. Following her marriage she had a break in her career before re-entering the industry. Dixit played an important role as a lead actress in Gulaab Gang, a film about women's struggles in India.
