Michelle Suzanne Dockery [better source is required] (born 15 December 1981) is an English TV and film actress. Her most notable role is that of Lady Mary Crawley, an ITV period drama series. The show was nominated for the Golden Globe Award and three Primetime Emmy Awards. Dockery made her stage debut in His Dark Materials in 2004. For her role in the role of Eliza Doolittle in the 2007 London revival of Pygmalion the show, she was nominated for the Evening Standard Award. For her performance in the 2009 production of the play Burnt by the Sun, she was awarded an Olivier Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.Dockery has appeared in films Hanna (2011) Anna Karenina (2012), Non-Stop (2014) as well as The Gentlemen (2019).On television, Dockery has also played prominent roles in the drama series Good Behavior and the Netflix miniseries Godless,
