Radric Delantic Davis (born on February 12, 1980) is professionally known as Gucci Mane, is an American artist and record executive. He was the first to pioneer the hip hop subgenre of trap music alongside other Atlanta rappers T.I. Particularly, Young Jeezy and Gucci Mane during the 2000s. In 2005, Gucci Mane debuted with Trap House, followed by his second album, Hard to Kill in 2006. The album that he released as his third studio album Back to the Trap House was released in 2007. Following a string of commercially and critically acclaimed mixtapes, Gucci Mane's fourth studio album, The state vs. Radric was released in 2007. It was his first album that was certified gold. After being in prison between 2014 and 2016 in the United States, Gucci Mane came back with a variety of retail releases which included Everybody Looking (2016). The album was well-received by the critics. Gucci Mane's 2016 collaboration with Rae Sremmurd was titled "Black Beatles". It was his first top-ranked track on the US Billboard Hot 100 charts.
