Brock Edward Lesnar, /'lezn@r/LEHZ-nur, was born July 12, 1977. He is a professional wrestler from Canada, American. He is currently signed by the professional wrestling promotion WWE, where in the storyline, he's an "free agent" that allows him to be a part of both the Raw and SmackDown brands. Lesnar is the sole person who has been awarded all the major heavyweight titles from WWE, Ultimate Fighting Championship, New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW), and the National Collegiate Athletic Association. He also participated in NCAA wrestling at the University of Minnesota where he took home the NCAA Division I national title in 2000. He soon became a member of the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, later renamed WWE in 2002) and rose to notoriety in 2002 when he won the WWE Championship at age 25, setting the record for the youngest athlete to win the championship.
