She is an American actress. Her first role as a lead actor was in 1998's Broadway musical High Society, for which she received a nomination for the Tony Award for Best Featured actress in the Musical. She made her debut in film with the musical comedy Camp (2003), and became famous because of her part in The Twilight Saga (2008-2012). Additional recognition was received for her role in the comedy-drama Up in the Air (2008) which earned her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Additionally, she received acknowledgement for her performance in the Pitch Perfect series (2012-17).
