  Alexis Merizalde Knapp was born on the 31st July 1989. She was born in Avonmore, Pennsylvania USA. She was an actor as well as a performer for over nearly 29 years. Her roles include "Project The X", "Pitch Perfect", "Pitch Perfect 2", "Pitch Perfect 3" among others. The actress also appeared on the first season "Ground Floor" (2013-2015), which was a sitcom on TBS.Alexis Knapp was born to the father of her children, Bradford Elwood Knapp and her mother Marjorie Knapp. Even though the birthplace of her mother was Avonmore in the early years, soon after her birth the family moved into the Outer Banks of North Carolina and that's where Alexis spent most of her growing up years. Alexis has two brothers older than her named Jose Cuervo and Zack. Her father, unfortunately, Bradford passed away at the age of Alexis was just 15. Alexis was always an active young person who loved the arts. She spent a lot of the time in her teenage years playing various instruments, singing and dancing., and was frequently participating in school plays as well as musicals. She imagined her first appearance on stage would be the stage of a musician, or singer, rather than acting. At the age of age 18, she was left with $750 in her account. Then she relocated into Los Angeles to pursue an arts career.
