Zoe Yadira Saldana-Perego (nee Saldana Nazario; born on June 19, 1978) is an American actress. She has been in three of the top five grossing films of all time (Avatar, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame), an achievement that is unmatched by any other actress. Saldana is a dancer by training and began her acting career with two episodes of Law & Order in 1999. Center Stage (2000) was her first film part. The actress played the part of an ballet dancer. She was then able to make her breakthrough role in science fiction films beginning in 2009 with the roles of Nyota Ura in Star Trek and Neytiri in Avatar.
