Pauley Perrette, born March 27, 1969 was an American performer and actress. From 2003 to 2018, she played the role of Abby Sciuto on NCIS. Perrette also appeared in television and film mostly voice-overs, as well as music videos. In New York City, she worked as bartender. When she was working odd tasks in New York, she was approached by a close friend of an agency director. This prompted her move to Los Angeles, where she played a variety of roles and also made a few guest appearances. In season four she was an waitress at Cafe Nervosa. She was also a guest on season one. She's been in numerous films including Almost Famous and The Ring. In 2001, she played a recurring character in Special Unit 2's season four episode "Three Dates and a Break-Up" and also guest-starred in the first season of 24. Her most notable part was as Abby Sciuto (an eccentric forensic scientist) in NCIS which is a television series inspired by The Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
