Michelle Suzanne Dockery (better source required) was born on December 15, 1981. She is an English actress on film and television. Her most well-known part is in Lady Mary Crawley, an ITV period drama. She received nominations for the Golden Globe Award and three Primetime Emmy Awards. Dockery made her stage debut with His Dark Materials in 2004. As the character Eliza Doolittle in the 2007 London revival of Pygmalion, she was nominated for the Evening Standard Award. She was nominated for the Olivier Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the show Burnt by the Sun. Dockery was in films Hanna (2011), Anna Karenina (2012), Non-Stop (2014) and The Gentlemen (2019).
