Martha Higareda

 Martha Elba Guadalupe Higareda Cervantes (Spanish pronunciation: ['marta iga'rena]) (born August 24, 1983) is a Mexican actress, producer and screenwriter.Higareda was born in Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico, the daughter of actress Martha Cervantes and artist and therapist Jose Luis Higareda, and sister of actress Miriam Higareda. She began acting on the stage at an early age, and also dancing flamenco, jazz and tap, as well as folklore. She moved to Mexico City at 14 from Tabasco, her home country and pursued acting. She began her career on stage, appearing in plays such as "Little Women" or "Don Juan." "Being an advanced student she enrolled in College some years earlier than 15 years old; studying Communications at El Tecnologico de Monterrey. In the mornings, she would attend college, and in the evenings, she was at an acting school. She also performed in theater on weekends. The following year, her mother and sister moved to Mexico City and attended acting school alongside her. She had her first TV debut as anchor hostess on the Disney Channel's Zapping Zone
