Lily Jane Collins (born 18 March 1989) is a British and American model and actress. Collins was born in Guildford, Surrey, and was raised in Los Angeles. She began acting on the screen at the age of 2 on Growing Pains, a BBC sitcom. Collins started acting and modeling increasingly in the latter half of the 2000s. Her appearance in The Blind Side, a drama-sports film, was her most memorable moment in her career. It was the third most-grossing film. Collins continued to appear in leading roles in feature films such as the sci-fi thriller Priest (2011) and the psychological thriller Abduction (2011), and the fantasy Mirror Mirror (2012). She also starred in The Blind Side, which was the third-highest-grossing film in 2009.
