Dakota Fanning

 Hannah Dakota Fanning (born February 23 1994) is an American actress. Her rise to fame at seven years old for her performance in the role of Lucy Dawson in the drama film I Am Sam (2001), for which she received an Screen Actors Guild Award nomination at the age of eight years old, which made her the youngest nominee in SAG history. Fanning was a prominent child actor in the movies Uptown Girls (2003, The Cat in the Hat (2004), War of the Worlds (2006), Dreamer (2006) and Coraline (2009). She also played the title role in Coraline (2009). In the 2010s Fanning continued to be a part of in independent productions like the dramas Now Is Good (2012), Night Moves (2013), as well as the comedy-drama Very Good Girls (2013). In 2018, she starred in the comedy about heists Ocean's 8 and had a starring role in the period drama The Alienist.
